Shallipopi confirms split with Hilda Baci fiance label Dapper music, accuses him of beach of trust
After nearly three years of collaboration, singer Shallipopi and Dapper Music, owned by Chef Hilda Baci’s fiancé, have parted ways.
In an Instagram post on December 11, 2024, Shallipopi, who rose to prominence in 2022, announced his split from Dapper Music. In the public release, he cited a breach of trust and lack of as the reasons for his decision.
The announcement by the Benin-born rapper confirms earlier reports by Pulse Nigeria about the split, following Shallipopi’s decision to unfollow Dapper Music founder and CEO, Damilola Akinwunmi, on Instagram.
